As RIA Novosti clarified in the press service of the court, the lawyers filed a complaint against the decision to extend Rakova's arrest.

The court session will take place on December 22 at 10:00 Moscow time.

Earlier it became known that the term of the arrest of the former deputy head of the Ministry of Education of Russia was extended until March 6.

On the eve of Rakova, a third charge of fraud was presented - the damage in the new episode exceeded 9 million rubles.
