Back to 9:22 on June 17, 2021, at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, with the countdown of Commander No. 0, Tang Hongbo, who was riding on the Shenzhou 12 spacecraft, held his breath, and was about to embark on his first space journey.
"Ignite!" The rocket rose into the air with an orange tail flame.
Nie Haisheng and Liu Boming deliberately left the "golden viewing seat" closest to the porthole to Tang Hongbo.
After the rocket entered space, he eagerly opened the porthole, and was immediately shocked by the beautiful sight to speak.
In the quiet and vast deep sky, the earth emits light blue light, with blue and white lines intertwined, quiet and soft, mysterious and magnificent, Tang Hongbo was deeply attracted.
About 6.5 hours later, the spacecraft docked with the Tianhe core module.
Nie Haisheng opened the door leading to the core cabin, and the group of 3 people "floated" into the new "home" and became the first batch of residents.
After 16 hours of continuous work, they did not care about fatigue, and started to arrange without stopping.
However, the newcomer Tang Hongbo did not adapt to the space environment as quickly as the two elder brothers. At first he was able to roam freely like a fish. When his freshness was replaced by the dizziness, he felt sick in his stomach. He had to stop working and hurry. Go to the "bedroom" and lie down.
The space station has a rich variety of meals. Researchers have carefully developed more than 120 foods, which are divided into 6 categories: staple food, non-staple food, instant food, beverage, functional food and condiments. The recipes are rotated once a week.
The process uses flexible and efficient sterilization technology to greatly improve the sensory quality of non-staple foods, and strive to achieve a rich variety and delicious taste.
In the space station, the only freshly made food is yogurt.
After mixing the pre-made yogurt with water, put it in a food heating device, and wait for 5 hours to get fresh and delicious yogurt.
The recipe design not only pays attention to nutrition, health and mission requirements, but also takes into account the personal dietary preferences of the astronauts.
Tang Hongbo is a native of Hunan. He likes to coat white rice with chili sauce. Nie Haisheng likes to eat red braised pork chops and rice cakes. Liu Boming likes to eat brown sugar dumplings. Zongzi is a common hobby of the three of them.
Eating is also a happy moment for them.

Mention of the space station's first out of the cabin activities, Tang Hongbo will never forget.
Before leaving the cabin, Tang Hongbo worried that he would feel scared in the face of the deep space.
But after he got out of the cabin, he completely forgot to be nervous.
After hundreds of hours of out-of-cabin training, and wearing the optimized second-generation "Flying" outerwear, Tang Hongbo was able to perform various operations very skillfully.
During the extravehicular emergency drill, he only spent more than 10 minutes before he crawled from the bulkhead back into the cabin quickly, faster than during ground simulation training.
When Tang Hongbo was free to look around, he felt that the universe he was in was as shocking as depicted in a science fiction movie, the space was like ink, and the stars were dazzlingly bright.

Once, after working outside the cabin, he moved equipment into the cabin and accidentally hovered in the middle of the cabin, making it out of reach.

When the orbit is separated, the spacecraft descends steadily.
When pushing back and separating, the spacecraft gradually enters the atmosphere, and the acceleration becomes greater and greater. Due to atmospheric resistance, the spacecraft begins to shake and decelerate sharply.
Tang Hongbo's sense of weightlessness gradually disappeared. He deliberately looked at the camera and picked up the pen on the flight manual. As soon as he let go, the pen fell.
When the gravity gradually recovered, Tang Hongbo felt the whole person fall onto the seat, and he quickly fastened his seat belt.
After entering the black barrier area, a thrilling moment arrived.
The fast-flying spacecraft rubbed violently with the atmosphere, and the temperature was as high as one to two thousand degrees Celsius, burning the outside of the portholes red, and it felt like sitting in a fireball inside the spacecraft.
