In the well-known book "Home Service Mafia", written by the Grand Journalist Award nominee Mira Klingberg Hjort and Karl Martinsson, it says about a company whose agreement was terminated by Linköping 2019.
The municipality found a number of things that made the company suspected of cheating.
Among other things, that 32 employees were registered with the same user on the same day.
According to the municipality's decision, it must either be a so-called relative employment (which is prohibited), or that the staff has been used.
First, the company was warned and given time to rectify the shortcomings.
But according to the municipality, nothing happened and the shortcomings were seen as "serious violations of the agreement", as stated in the decision.
Since October 2015, Linköping has terminated agreements with fifteen different home care providers.
