, the Marseille administrative court canceled the suspension of a nurse from the Aix-Pertuis intercommunal hospital center for refusing to be vaccinated against Covid-19.

This Aix-en-Provence caregiver had been on sick leave for burnout since last August, before the introduction of the vaccination obligation for caregivers.

Since September, the young woman had been deprived of a salary.

In recent weeks, several courts, such as those in Rennes or Grenoble, have pronounced the cancellation of the suspensions of unvaccinated caregivers.
