02 September 2019 "I am submitting myself to the Police Headquarters and I will talk about the instigator of the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli and many more. This is the real mafia and not that of 2014". Speaking, in a video then released on the web, is Fabio Gaudenzi, ultra right-wing involved in Mafia Capitale, close to Massimo Carminati, announcing his arrest by the police for possession of weapons of war.

"My name is Fabio Gaudenzi, the police are coming to arrest me and I will hand myself over as a political prisoner", he adds. Gaudenzi was arrested shortly after for possession of weapons of war. The far-right ultras was sentenced for usury to 2 years and 8 months in the 'Mondo di Mezzo' trial.

Gaudenzi, formerly belonging to the dissolved far-right group of the Romanist Curva Sud 'Opposta Fazione' and close to Massimo Carminati, before being arrested he published two videos on Youtube in which he claims his belonging to the "elite group Fascists of Northern Rome" and announces that he knows who is the instigator of the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli, known by the nickname of Diabolik. The ex head ultras of Lazio Fabrizio Piscitelli was killed on the evening of 7 August with a gunshot to the head in the Parco degli Acquedotti, in the Tuscolana area. .

The group of prosecutors, coordinated by the acting prosecutor Michele Prestipino, is the same one that investigates the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli.

A police report on the video is expected tomorrow in Piazzale Clodio.
