“The Government of Russia, together with the Bank of Russia, shall prepare and submit proposals ... on amendments to the legislation of Russia, in accordance with which individuals in certain cases will be given the opportunity to dispose of information contained in information systems about their business operations, including personal data, as well as to object to the processing of such information, ”the instruction says.

The deadline for the execution of the order is June 1, 2022.
