People's Power Kim Kun-hee, spouse of presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol, said that he was "greedy to stand out" about the allegation that he wrote a false career in an application for professor invitation submitted to Suwon Women's University in 2007.

According to the YTN report today (14th), Mr. Kim stated that he received the grand prize at the Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival in August 2004 in the award history of the application.

As a result of checking with the organizers, it was confirmed that no entries were submitted under the name 'Kim Myung-shin', which was before the name change of Mr. Kim.

In relation to this, Kim said in an interview with YTN, "It's a greed to stand out. If that's a sin, it's a sin."

Kim also wrote that he served as a planning director for the planning team of the Korea Game Industry Association for 3 years from March 2002 in the career details of the application, and this association was established in June 2004.

In the first place, the association's position is that there are no positions for the planning team and planning director.

When asked about the planning director, Mr. Kim said, "Believe it or not, I can't remember. I'm checking the exact circumstances." He said, "I was in the same building as the Game Industry Association and got close with the association's officials, and called them to a special lecture at the school where he worked. I did,” he replied.

Although there may be errors in entering the period of employment at the time, Kim's position is that it is not a forgery of the employment certificate.

He added that he did not receive a salary from the association.

There were also allegations of inflated awards.

I wrote in the application that I won a special prize at the 2004 Korea Animation Awards, but the exhibitor explained at the time that the contest was won by the exhibitor, not the individual, so it could not be considered that Kim made it all.

Kim asked, "I didn't use my awards to go to school, so what's the problem?" "I wasn't a public official or public figure, and I wasn't married to candidate Yoon Seok-yeol at the time.

When a YTN reporter pointed out that 'someone may have suffered damage due to Mr. Kim's hiring', he said, "It would not have occurred that someone could not be hired just because I was hired."

In an interview that lasted about 30 minutes, Kim emphasized several times that her application career was "just written simply", YTN reported.

The People's Power Election Commission issued an clarification immediately after the report.

Choi Ji-hyeon, senior deputy spokesperson for the senior committee, said, "The Korea Game Industry Association, as a corporation, performed 'part-time advisory activities' under the title of 'planning director' without remuneration at the beginning of its formation. said.

He continued, "Mr. Kim was working on game design, and he was called the planning director for over two years without being paid because of his relationship with the association's officials, and he helped the association."He added, "I didn't get paid or full-time, and I wrote down my resume after a few years (after tenure), so it seems that the period of tenure was mistaken."

Regarding the allegations of false awards, he said, "At that time, as the vice president of the company (exhibitor), Mr. Kim was deeply involved in the production of the submitted work and made a significant contribution."

He added, "It was an adjunct professor position that mainly considered the company's career, and because it was a lecture for a limited time, I did not clearly distinguish between 'individual award' and 'awarded as a leading role in the company'."

Deputy Spokesperson Choi emphasized, "YTN reported categorically that it was a false career and a fake award record of an association that had not been established, but it is not true because there is such a background."

Meanwhile, Mr. Kim has experience teaching graphic practice, design history, and game planning as a part-time instructor at Hallym Sacred Heart University, Seoil University, and Korea Polytechnic University from 2001 to 2006.

Also, from March 1, 2007 to February 28, 2008, she served as an adjunct professor at Suwon Women's University.
