The man is said to have had an affair with a 14-year-old girl and is said to have had intercourse with her three times while she was sleeping, which Gällivare District Court considers to be child rape.
Convicted of a total of ten acts
The 30-year-old man is convicted of the following acts:
Three child rapes
Three sexual exploitation of children
Two cases of assault
Two illegal threats
An assault in court
Milder punishment than the prosecutor's wish
The prosecutor demanded four years in prison, but Gällivare District Court sentences the man to three years and one month.
The punishment is reduced when the man has a disability.
"There are reasons to believe that his actions were related to his lack of development.
However, the penalty value is still so high that a sanction other than imprisonment is excluded ", the district court writes in the judgment.
