These phrases summarized the observations of visitors to “Expo 2020 Dubai”, during 75 days , which is the period from its launch on the first of last October until yesterday.

People of age groups ranging from five to 65 years said that they spent a realistic journey in time with a visual vision of different regions of the world, noting that visiting the Expo is a journey full of dazzling, diverse entertainment, information and linking history to the future in a special kind of travel.

Specialists in psychiatry, human development and sociology stated that the experience of visiting "Expo 2020 Dubai" achieves unlimited effects on the orientation of individuals, supported by ambition and optimism, stressing that the "Expo" gives its visitors options for change in future life, economic and educational plans.

They said that the Emirati identity underlines global tolerance at Expo 2020 Dubai, which they likened to a "cosmic village that inspires visitors with human knowledge."

Visitors confirmed that they experienced the quality of life during the visiting hours, starting from the moment of arrival until departure, far exceeding what they see in fantasy films, pointing out that with the repetition of the journey, the desire for this coexistence and the hope to achieve it permanently, which indicates the merit of achieving the slogan of the exhibition « Connecting minds and creating the future.

Ananda Vera, from India, around the mid-seventies, said: “Amazement is the word that I can speak to you. I visited (Expo) for three days, and every day I discovered that I am on a journey to dazzle and see a new world.

I asked my grandchildren to come to Dubai to visit the exhibition, as it is an opportunity not to be repeated.”

Villene Michel (30 years old), coming from Paris, confirmed that she found herself on an unprecedented journey into the future, explaining that "the various events that take place throughout the day, especially the evening period, constitute one language for the human being, combining feelings on a color of fun, hope and happiness. In addition to Al Thuraya Park, which is a unique experience in overlooking (Expo 2020 Dubai), as if you are in a plane with open windows, through which you see the aesthetics of diverse human gatherings in the race to reach the future.”

The activities of "Expo 2020 Dubai" began on October 1, 2021 and will continue until March 31, 2022, with the participation of 191 countries, institutions and international organizations.

Some of the Expo's activities carried the slogan "Let's create a new world together in the greatest display of human intelligence and achievement."

The visit to the pavilions was titled "The World from a Different Perspective", and "There is no day in (Expo) like its predecessor."

"I came to visit (Expo) to find out the opportunities for small projects and the most attractive countries and incentives for those opportunities," said Yassine Belkacem, a 35-year-old from Morocco.

He added: "When I moved from Jebel Ali station to the (Expo 2020) metro, I felt the beginning of the journey, and as soon as I reached the (Expo 2020) station, the dazzle and amazement were the title of all the corridors and roads, and I came out of the visit with new ideas and vision for future projects, especially in the sectors of technology, food and the environment. ».

Julia Mark, who comes from America, who is four decades old, believes that “visiting (Expo) via the Dubai Metro is an experience in which there is a lot of dazzling, amazement and happiness, and touring the corridors, roads, areas and pavilions of (Expo) starting from Al Wasl Square is a psychological, cultural and mental dose that forces you to meditate and learn And the will to succeed. My visit to (Expo) gained from it the will to succeed.”

As for Hadi Abdel-Fattah, who comes from Cairo, in his fifties, he says: “From the Mall of the Emirates station, my journey to (Expo) began.

After arriving at the (Expo 2020) metro station, I entered corridors and roads topped with guiding signs, leading to Al Wasl Square and its dome.

Citizen Muhammad Abdullah, who is close to his mid-thirties, sees it as "a journey that you will take to the future."

16-year-old Arnold Thomas said, "Visiting (Expo) is a view of innovations, adding a new color of ambitions and dreams, and repeating our steps in planning for tomorrow."

His colleague Brian Ibrahim, 15, said that the Expo had established in his mind the necessity of linking the future with history, pointing to his desire to learn about the history of China and Egypt.

Abdullah Al-Ali, 12, said: "Several pavilions fascinated me, including the UAE, Belarus, Hungary, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait," noting that "the exhibition provides information and data that establishes a global encyclopedia about man in history and the near future."

Zain Al-Din Abdel Wahab (13 years old) considered that the "Expo" constitutes a geographical map for a scientific future based on data and multiculturalism.

William Makarem (seven years old), was accompanied by his mother, and he was holding an "Expo passport".

When asked about his experience with the exhibition, he automatically opened the passport and talked about the Brazil pavilion. Andre Lopez, from Portugal, who is six years old, shared the experience with him, as Brazil chose a preferred pavilion for the availability of water toys, robots and food.

The passport was designed in the form of a passport.

It contains 50 pages of designs and images for the three main themes pavilions: (Opportunity, Sustainability and Mobility).

The "Expo" at Al Wasl Dome celebrated from the first to the fourth of December this year the golden jubilee of the UAE, entitled "The Journey of the Fifty", highlighting the enormous potential of the dome in an unprecedented scene, with the participation of a performing crew of more than 200 individuals.

He said, "The UAE became the capital of the world for various fields during (Expo 2020 Dubai), and the UAE achieved a new imprint in its global experience by insisting on hosting (Expo), despite the effects of the (Covid-19) pandemic around the world."

He pointed out that the economic repercussions of the exhibition are extensive and diverse in terms of the growth of the national economy, hotel occupancy, real estate ownership, tourism and aviation, the high attractiveness of foreign investment as a result of the increase in confidence and reliability in the quality of life in the Emirates, and the legislation stimulating all investment activities.

He stated that "(Expo) will leave a sustainable economic legacy that will enhance the UAE's survival as a leading destination for work, entertainment and investment."

Najeeb Al Shamsi, Economic Adviser and Director General of Al Masar Center for Economic Studies, said that “Expo 2020 Dubai” is the largest economic event in the world, and its establishment posed a great challenge in light of the pandemic conditions, noting that the economic gains will come directly and indirectly in turn.

Indicators of real estate ownership in Dubai and the country have risen, as a result of the "Expo" organization.

Al Shamsi added that the visit of leaders, political leaders and world celebrities to “Expo 2020 Dubai”, with the aim of seeing the UAE’s experience in organizing the exhibition, indicates the organization’s unprecedented efficiency, and on the other hand it enhances confidence in investing in the UAE, and increases the country’s tourism promotion, which enhances Economic diversification and growth rates. During the period from October 1 to yesterday, the exhibition was visited by many heads of state, heads of government, ministers and international figures in various fields.

Al Shamsi pointed out that the UAE's organization of the first "Expo" in the Middle East and North Africa stimulated many countries in the region to apply to host the "Expo", led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noting that the UAE has become the gateway to global investment and global trade.

It also created a global language for innovation, and the countries participating in the exhibition benefited from introducing their tourism potentials and investment opportunities.

Billions of dollars deals

Expo 2020 Dubai witnessed the conclusion of many deals worth billions of dollars in various sectors, and the value of the contracts signed in the first two weeks of the launch of the “Expo” amounted to 9.5 billion dollars for Senegal, Uganda and Malaysia, according to what was officially announced.
