"Today, at a meeting of the Council of the Duma, the Committee on Transport and Transport Infrastructure Development proposed to withdraw from consideration the bill ... on amending the Air Code and the Charter of Railway Transport," he wrote in Telegram.
According to him, the parliamentarians unanimously supported this proposal.
On December 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the draft laws on QR codes in public places, as well as in some types of transport, are of a framework nature and must be carefully worked out before adoption.
