Officially, the demonstrators this Saturday in the streets of Barcelona marched against the imposition of the health pass to enter bars, restaurants and sports halls in the region.

But most of the 3,000 participants mostly questioned the virus and vaccination.

Like Alejandro who does not want to give his name, who came with his children: “

We want to make our decisions, we don't want a totalitarian state.

Look, it's written:

"No to the Auschwitz law".

It can not be any clearer.

We are afraid of reliving the past!

"

"Because of their freedom, many could die"

On the signs, references to Nazism, to what they qualify as a “

 health dictatorship

” and to their “

freedom

” are omnipresent.

Terrified, Vicente Gomez, retired, watches the demonstrators go by: “

 Their freedom

?

Because of their freedom, many could die.

"

His wife Pepi prefers to put their weight in society into perspective: “

I rather listen to scientists, doctors who are those who have studied and know about the virus and the pandemic.

So, that these three skinned negationists there tell me that they are right ... It is rather them that I will not believe.

 "

Loud, these demonstrators nevertheless represent a minority.

85% of those over 16 are fully vaccinated in the region.
