So he commented on the refusal of the previous government of Germany to sell weapons to Ukraine.

Melnik added that Ukraine expects the new government of Germany to change its position on armaments.
Earlier, German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock said that the situation in Ukraine should be resolved through diplomacy on the basis of the Minsk agreements.
