The amount of property tax is expected to increase again from October 2022 for all homeowners.
An increase that is part of a continuous increase for ten years.
For Emmanuelle Wargon, Minister in charge of Housing and guest of Europe 1, the responsibility for this increase cannot be attributed to the government.
Some owners had the unpleasant surprise when they received their property tax in 2020. The tax has increased in line with an increase that has not stopped for ten years and now reaches the sum of 27.9%.
