Polyansky also urged to force Ukraine to resolve the issues accumulated in the country, and not shift the responsibility for its "troubles" to external factors.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Ukraine would not comply with the Minsk agreements, so it should be forced to do so.
