Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui, Vice Minister of the International Liaison Department of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee Wan Xuejun, and Director of the Office of the Russian Olympic Committee Plitushin delivered speeches respectively. Russian short track speed skating Olympic champion Tratov and Russian composer Vo Robbyov spoke successively.
