Sandvikenshus currently has only 30 vacant apartments out of a stock of just over 4,000 apartments.

But it is not only in Storvik that it is planned to build, but more parts of the municipality will have new rental apartments.

- We need new apartments in Sandviken and also in the municipality's outer areas.

We also plan to build in Årsunda and there will be 10 to 20 apartments with construction starting in 2024, says Stefan Lundkvist, CEO of Sandvikenhus.
