According to Kommersant, during the investigative actions, the detainee claimed that he had shot at other people who did not participate in the conflict, believing that they, too, “believed in the coronavirus infection”.
As the POC said earlier, the detainee confirmed that he admits guilt and did not have a weapon permit.
The official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Irina Volk, said that the man who arranged the shooting in the multifunctional center in Moscow was neutralized by an employee of the UVM unit of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
As a result of the shooting in the MFC, two people were killed and four were injured.
