The headquarters said that the Ukrainian Navy ship "Donbass" did not enter "sensitive zones" and it is carrying out its mission in "its own territorial waters."

The department said that the actions of the ship pose a threat to navigation.
Later it became known that the ship of the Ukrainian Navy, moving towards the Kerch Strait, lay on the opposite course.
