Following the assassination attempt in October, the two children were hospitalized.

The younger child was also kept asleep after the act of violence.

Some time ago, however, they were able to return home to their mother, where they are now trying to return to as normal a life as possible, according to their representative Inger-Ann Omma.

- Now it's about whether they should as little as possible have to take part in what started today, when the lawsuit was filed.

They should not have to experience the possible stress that a court hearing can entail, but focus on feeling good and trying to heal what they have been exposed to, she says.

For Inger-Ann Omma, today's indictment means that she will now familiarize herself with the investigation and take a position on how she and her clients should proceed with any claims for damages.

The trial is set to begin on December 21 at Lycksele District Court.
