"You're going to die, I'm going to bury you in the garden"

The two sons, aged 14 and 16, witnessed the domestic violence.

They tried to calm their father and come between him and the victim.

They were beaten and the Respondent bit one of them.

“I heard screams, I saw him strangle mom, testified one of the teenagers.

He said to her "You are going to die, I am going to bury you in the garden" ".

The drunken husband pushed his wife down the stairs, pulled her by the hair and smashed down the bathroom door where she had taken refuge.

The court forbade him to contact the victim.

The thirty-something who went into detention will then have to wear an anti-reconciliation bracelet.
