After that, the American leader will call the leaders of the Bucharest Nine to inform them about his call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Nine countries include Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
