First out is the North region, which will test the working method next year.
They have enlisted the help of the Norwegian police, who have been working with network patrols for several years.
- We see that a larger proportion of people operate on social media and then it is important that we are there as well, says Johanna Grøtte Brovoll, police in Tröndelag.
The police also go out into the community and follow up on tips they have received.
