from judicial sources, confirming information from our colleagues at RTL. The investigation was entrusted to the departmental security of Seine-Saint-Denis and about sixty police custody were listed yesterday by the prosecution.

This investigation targets both the facts committed against the activists of the SOS Racisme association as well as the facts targeting Eric Zemmour.

Barely arrived in the room, the candidate was grabbed by a man immediately exfiltrated from the meeting.

Arrested, the suspect was taken into custody, indicates a source close to the case.

According to Eric Zemmour's lawyer, the candidate has since filed a complaint with the Villepinte police station and 9 days of ITT have been prescribed for him.

Complaints expected during the day

For their part, SOS Racism activists violently attacked by Eric Zemmour activists intend to file a complaint today, the organization informed

20 Minutes.

Their injuries should also be evaluated by a doctor.

Installed in the public, these anti-racist activists unveiled T-shirts with the inscription “No to racism” at the very beginning of the candidate's speech.

According to the association, five people were injured and two had to be taken care of by firefighters.

In a statement released on Sunday evening, SOS Racisme indicated that it was waiting "for political leaders to condemn this intolerable aggression in the clearest terms".

Asked this Monday morning on this subject, several right-wing and far-right officials, such as LR presidential candidate Valérie Pécresse, her defeated competitor Eric Ciotti, LR president of the Senate Gérard Larcher and RN spokesperson Sébastien Chenu described as “provocation” the presence of SOS Racism activists at Eric Zemmour's meeting.
