The Gambia is awaiting the provisional overall results of the presidential election.
Since Saturday, the Independent Electoral Commission has produced partial results by constituency.
They are still lacking, but unsurprisingly, President Adama Barrow and his former vice-president Ousainou Darboe are in the lead.
The latter, as well as the candidates Mammah Kandeh and Essa Mbaye Faal, reject the results.

Some are getting impatient.
According to the Election Commission, the results of three constituencies out of 53 in total are missing.
The partial figures have been announced in a dropper since the night before.
But the various announcements are interrupted by long pauses.
According to the partial results, outgoing president Adam Barrow and his main competitor Ousainou Darboe are in the lead.
Even before the official announcement of the overall provisional results, the former vice president made a statement from his home, along with other unsuccessful candidates, to criticize the slowness of the process, the deadline for the publication of these results, more than 24 hours after the closing of the polling stations.
Mr Darboe announced that he rejected at this stage the partial results published by the Commission.
He nevertheless calls on the activists to remain calm, the time to think about the way forward.
The NPP, the party of the outgoing president, called on its activists to come and celebrate the victory in the center of the capital, near the presidential palace.
