According to Kalyn, Russia, Ukraine and NATO countries have certain areas of responsibility for reducing the level of tension in the region.

He stressed that this should not contribute to the escalation of the situation through provocations.

“Thousands of people have suffered in Donbass, so we are ready to support all steps to reduce tensions,” added Erdogan's spokesman.
