In an interview with Anadolu, he noted that Turkey has good relations with both Russia and Ukraine - Ankara does not support any conflict between these countries. 

According to Kalyn, Western countries do not have constructive relations with Moscow, unlike Turkey.

“Our president can take a constructive step towards de-escalation by organizing a meeting between Putin and Zelensky,” he said.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Ankara is ready to mediate negotiations between Russia and Ukraine to achieve peace in the region.
