The Civil Guard investigates a

29-year-old

man

who was

traveling at 295 kilometers per hour

on the Mediterranean highway -AP7- in Malaga and who

carried out several dangerous maneuvers

, such as overtaking on the hard shoulder, while recording himself on video to later upload it to the social networks.

As reported this Saturday by the General Directorate of the Civil Guard, the driver

has been brought to justice

as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against road safety.

The 29-year-old driver was traveling on the AP-7 in Malaga at 295 kilometers per hour and carried out various maneuvers that put the lives of other road users at risk,

overtaking two vehicles in a zigzag and driving along the shoulder

.

In

addition, two women were traveling

inside the vehicle

who were trying to make the driver stop his attitude.

The man recorded his action and

later uploaded it to a popular social network

, which started investigations by the Traffic subsector of the Civil Guard in

Malaga

.

The driver has been placed at the disposal

of the Investigating Court of Fuengirola

(Malaga) and is considered the author of a crime against road safety for reckless driving with manifest disregard for the lives of others.
