The lawyers of Kalilou Dombia, Colonel-Major Kassoum Goïta and the four other personalities arrested in early November for attempted coup d'état and conspiracy against the government are worried.
Their clients are the subject of legal proceedings.
But this follows serious abuses by the Malian services, according to their lawyers who denounce kidnappings and acts of torture.

Kalilou Doumbia, former secretary general of the presidency, disappeared on September 6.
Colonel-Major Kassoum Goita, former head of intelligence services, on October 4.
Their co-defendants, including a police commissioner, or a state security agent, were also arrested in conditions that did not comply with the law, according to their lawyers, Me Mohamed Goïta and Me Alifa Habib Koné.
The latter affirm that several of them were "
kept in secret places, tortured and finally presented for formalism
" to the gendarmerie, on November 3 only - that is to say almost two months after their arrest for some -, and this "
to get them to sign extorted statements in the absence of their lawyers, despite their insistent demand
”.
Health
Indicted in the wake, in particular for attempted coup d'etat and conspiracy against the government, their lawyers deplore that the examining magistrate did not allow them to consult a doctor and say "to
worry about the state of physical health and psychic
"of some of them.
Finally, they directly ask the Minister of Justice to ensure that the complaint they themselves filed for "
kidnapping, kidnapping and torture
" is not buried.
Solicited by RFI, the prosecutor of the court of commune VI of Bamako, at the origin of the procedure, did not wish to comment for the moment.
