“In the city of Nevinnomyssk, 141 apartment buildings were shut down to eliminate a burst on a heating main with a diameter of 500 mm,” TASS reports.

More than 17,450 people live in the shutdown zone.

As specified, the planned completion time is 16:00 Moscow time on December 5.

Earlier in the Novgorod region, due to snowfall, 1,810 people were left without electricity in 62 settlements.
