A woman is not a property, but a noble and free man;
And no one can give it to anyone in return for a peace deal or to end hostility.
No one has the right to be forcibly married to a widow, including the brother of her deceased husband.
A widow has the legal right to obtain a dowry from her new husband.
The Taliban leader's decree also confirms the widow's right to inheritance and her husband's money, and that no one may deprive her of her right.
