According to the relevant provisions of the State Council’s Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, and after comprehensive evaluation and judgment by the expert advisory group, the Harbin City Command has decided that from 24:00 on December 3, 2021, the Nangang District Agricultural Reclamation Community, Xiangfang District Vancouver Forest Community Phase II, and the public No. 396 Bin Road was adjusted to a medium-risk area.
The risk level of other regions remains unchanged.
