In Isère, a 48-year-old man living in Vizille was arrested on October 14 and taken into police custody.

He is suspected of fraud to several social organizations.

The man was an employee of the Semitag (mixed economy company for transport in the Grenoble area), as a driver.

He had accumulated more than 2,500 days of sick leave since 2012, reports

Le Dauphiné Libéré

.

But during these stops, he would have carried out work in the building.

All paid illegally, since he has never declared his business.

Soon to be tried

The man even went so far as to employ workers for his biggest projects, there too, without declaring them.

According to investigators, his company would have achieved a turnover of one million euros.

For Urssaf, the shortfall would be around 210,000 euros.

The man would have partially acknowledged the facts.

He will soon be summoned to the Grenoble Criminal Court.

Several goods, including his house, were confiscated.
