Mohamed bin Zayed and the French President witness at Expo 2020 the signing of a number of agreements between the two countries

The agreements and memoranda signed by the two sides - at Expo 2020 Dubai - included the following: 1- A memorandum of understanding between Mubadala Company and the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery.. It was signed by His Excellency Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, CEO and Managing Director of Mubadala Investment Company, and His Excellency Bruno Le Maire, Minister of Economy and Finance. French.

2- A memorandum of understanding between Mubadala Investment Company and BPI France, signed by Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak and Nico La Dufork, CEO of the French BPI.

3- A memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Ministry of Economy and Finance in France..signed by His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and His Excellency Bruno Lemerre, French Minister of Economy and Finance.

4- A cooperation agreement between ADNOC and Total Energy.. It was signed by Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC” and its group of companies, “Adnoc’s Managing Director” .. and from the French side Patrick Boyani, CEO of Total Energy.

5- A contract between “Borouge” and “Technip” to build an ethane cracker on a world-class level to expand the “Borouge 4” project.... It was signed by Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, “CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC” and its group of companies The Managing Director of ADNOC and Arno Bethune, CEO of Technip.

6- A memorandum of understanding between "Masdar" and "ENGIE" on a strategic alliance signed by Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masdar Company, and Catherine MacGregor, CEO of ENGIE.

7- An agreement for the purchase of aircraft and related products and services between the Ministry of Defense in the UAE and "Dassault Aviation". It was signed by Tariq Al Hosani, CEO of Tawazun Economic Board of Directors, and Eric Trapper, CEO of Dassault Aviation.

8- An agreement on the supply of Rafale weapons equipment between the UAE Ministry of Defense and MBDA, signed by Tariq Al Hosani, CEO of Tawazun Economic Board of Directors, and Eric Berenger, CEO of MBDA.

9- An agreement for the purchase of H225M helicopters and related services between the UAE Ministry of Defense and "Airbus Helicopters".. It was signed by Tariq Al Hosani and Bruno Even, CEO of Airbus Helicopters.

10 - Memorandum of Understanding between Abu Dhabi Holding Company and the French Ministry of Economy and Finance.. It was signed by Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi, CEO of Abu Dhabi Holding Company, and His Excellency Bruno Le Maire, French Minister of Economy and Finance.

11- Amendment to the agreement concluded between the governments of the United Arab Emirates and the French Republic regarding the Louvre Abu Dhabi, signed on March 6, 2007.. It was signed by Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi, member of the Executive Council, and Roslyn Bachelot, the French Minister of Culture.

12- A “letter of intent” regarding cooperation in the field of lunar exploration between the “Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center” and the National Center for Space Studies” in France.

It was signed by Engineer Salem Humaid Al Marri, Director General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center and Philippe Baptiste, President of the French National Center.

13- A memorandum of understanding between the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation and the Cateresite de France company in the field of nuclear energy was signed by Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi, CEO of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and John Bernard Levi, Chairman and CEO of the French company.
