"The joint operation allowed the two states to deliver about 40 tons of medical equipment, food and winter clothes to international organizations in Afghanistan," the TASS statement was quoted as saying.
It is noted that the joint humanitarian operation testifies to the commitment of France and Qatar to support the Afghan population.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry told about the provision of humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
It is noted that on November 18, the first consignment of Russian humanitarian aid weighing 36 tons was delivered to Kabul by special aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
