At the beginning of August 2020, a party was held in a forest area near Asecs in Jönköping.
The area was fenced with a riot fence.
There were 100-150 participants at the party, and the organizers, who did not have permission from the police, were prosecuted for violating the law.
Two are convicted, one is acquitted
The three men are all in their 25s and live in Jönköping.
Two of them have admitted the act and are therefore sentenced to a 40-day fine of SEK 50.
The third man admits that the party took place, but denies any wrongdoing as he claims that the party was not public.
The man who is released from the sentence and receives compensation of just over SEK 18,00.
