This week it became known that the FBI has identified the man who wore a scarf from Skellefteå during the riot in Washington in January this year.

Documentary filmmaker Mattias Lööw says that in the last six months he has found out who the man with the scarf is and if he has any connection to Sweden and Skellefteå - but he does not want to reveal the result.

- I have found the whole trip, with a few small gaps.

I can show why the scarf ended up there, he says.

"Double standards and complacency"

Mattias Löw wants to put the scarf in a larger context, it has become a symbol of the threat to democracy.

- The scarf becomes a symbol of our double standards and complacency.

We somehow believe that we are more democratic and better in Sweden, but that may not be the case and that is part of what this film wants to investigate.

Hear Mattias Lööw tell why the man wore a scarf that day in the Capitol - and why he doubts that the FBI has really identified him in the clip.

Lack of reviews today

Mattias Löw describes the social transformation that is taking place around Northvolt in Skellefteå.

He sees a factory building where last week's raid shows that not everything is right, but still the investment is surrounded by positive news.

- The film we make is not a review but what I see here is a deficit of review.

There are now many communicators but almost no journalists.
