Photographer Loshagin, convicted of murdering his wife, appealed against the court decision to refuse parole

"The Sverdlovsk Regional Court received a complaint from Dmitry Loshagin against the ruling of the Chkalovsky District Court of Yekaterinburg, which dismissed the convict's petition for parole," RIA Novosti quotes the message.

The date for consideration of the complaint has not yet been set.

In 2015, Loshagin was sentenced to ten years in prison in a strict regime colony.
