In particular, Lavrov said that he expects an explanation from his American counterpart of his words "on the points of the Minsk agreements that Russia must fulfill."
This is the second meeting of Lavrov and Blinken in 2021, the first was held in May in Reykjavik on the sidelines of the Arctic Council summit, then the negotiations lasted about two hours.
