SOS was alerted just before 1 pm but the fire was extinguished before the rescue service arrived.
- Due to the smoke, we will have to close that part of the school.
It is not possible to conduct any operations there in the meantime, says Tor Håkansson, internal commander, at the rescue service in Norrbotten.
The police are also ordered to the scene.
It is currently unclear what caused the fire and whether the police suspect crime.
