Fewer and fewer people get involved voluntarily: "New leaders required"

Finding people who want to volunteer will be more difficult for the Blekinge sports clubs.

According to the clubs SVT spoke to, the consequence is that children and young people have to stand in line because there is a lack of leaders for more groups.

But according to RF-SISU's district sports director in Blekinge, no rocket research is needed to attract new leaders.

- People want to feel meaningful, confirmed and be able to use their skills.

The clubs can offer that, says Mathias Roos.
