The face of Europe is sad, the American one instead smiles.

The stock exchanges of the Old Continent were bad and closed with generalized falls.

Milan lost 1 and 39%, in line with the performance of Frankfurt and Paris.

London is half a point behind.

On Wall Street the Dow Jones flexes its muscles with a mighty + 1.51% flanked by a more staid Nasdaq, at + 0.12%.



At Piazza Affari Telecom Italia gained 2%, sales raged on technology and banking with STM which left 6.62% on the ground due to the sales crisis of Apple which is one of the main customers of the Italian-French group .

Oil dropped by half a dollar a barrel after OPEC's decision to leave production unchanged in January as well.



Btp / Bund spread stable at 135 basis points.
