It was at 2 pm that the police received an alarm that a man had been found seriously injured or had died at an address in Örebro.
When the police arrived at the scene, they were able to establish that the man was dead.
A preliminary investigation into the murder has been initiated in order to be able to take the investigative measures required to be able to determine what is behind the death.
- Observations of the man and the home mean that we end up investigating it as murder, but there may be other explanations, says the police's spokesperson, Stefan Wickberg.
The place where the deceased was found is cordoned off.
The police will, among other things, carry out a technical investigation, knock on doors and hold interrogations.
