A former collaborator of Jean-Vincent Placé accuses him of "sexual harassment".
A complaint was filed and an investigation opened.
Contacted, Jean-Vincent Placé said "take note" of the complaint.
"I do not wish at this stage of the proceedings to make any comments," he added.
A former collaborator of Jean-Vincent Placé lodged a complaint last week against the former environmental secretary of state, accusing her of "sexual harassment" between 2012 and 2016 and an investigation was opened, AFP learned and Mediapart Thursday from a source close to the case and to the Paris prosecutor's office.
Contacted, Jean-Vincent Placé said "take note" of the complaint.
"I do not wish at this stage of the procedure to make any comment," added the ex-boss of the environmental senators, questioned on all the elements.
