“Today, in the course of absentee voting, deputies of the legislative assembly of the Kirov region by a majority vote supported the adoption of the bill.
The deputies from three factions voted “for”, ”the statement on the website of the regional legislative body says.
The press service noted that the bill was supported by the governor of the Kirov region Igor Vasiliev.
Earlier, the Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin said that the bill on the QR code system will be sent by December 14 to the regions, as well as to the Public Chamber, the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber for discussion.
