While struggling, the girl managed to bring down her attacker, who then fled.

Indicted for attempted murder

Alerted, the police opened an investigation and quickly identified a suspect.

Arrested the day after the events, the young man turned out to be a neighbor of the victim.

Drunk that night, he confessed to having felt “an urge to do harm”.

The assailant was indicted for attempted murder and remanded in custody.

The victim was hospitalized and prescribed 10 days of ITT.

A judicial investigation was opened to determine if the respondent committed other assaults.
