For others, 400 dirhams and four traffic points.

She pointed out that the violation of obstruction of traffic will also apply to anyone who obstructs the movement of 500 dirhams, while the fine for the violation of vehicle plates is 400 dirhams, and dumping waste from vehicles on the public road is a fine of 1,000 dirhams and six traffic points.
