Lease negotiations begin

Due to all events during the year, the process of determining the next rental level has been delayed.

Lease negotiations are now beginning with the Tenants' Association and the new rents are expected to apply from March and not from the turn of the year due to the delay.

Also last year, rents in Gavlegårdarnas apartments were increased, then by 1.66 percent after Gavlegårdarna wanted a rent increase of 3.75 percent.
