The suspected rape occurred the night between Saturday and Sunday.
The report was received by the police the same night.

Plaintiff is a minor girl.

Familiar since before
Both the girl and the two perpetrators must be familiar with each other from before.
One of the men was arrested on Sunday and the other on Monday.
The two are now in custody on suspicion of aggravated rape.
The police do not want to go into details of the case and what makes the rape classified as serious.
