November 29, 2021 The conditions of the carabiniere injured in an attempt to foil a robbery in a pharmacy in Turin are serious.
The brigadier, on duty at the Oltre Dora company, was hit by two stab wounds in the chest, one of which would have affected a lung, and by another blow to the leg.
Admitted to the San Giovanni Bosco hospital, where the provincial commander, General Claudio Lunardo, arrived, he is intubated.
What happened has yet to be clarified.
What is certain is that he was in the pharmacy to buy medicines, free from duty, and he found himself confronted with two misrepresented robbers, who fled after the attack.

Thus the mayor of Turin, Stefano Lo Russo, after the wounding of an off-duty carabiniere, stabbed during a robbery in a pharmacy.
"It is a very serious fact - continues the mayor - I will ask the provincial commander of the Arma for updates on the health of the heroic carabiniere, who intervened with a great spirit of service even if not operational, which I hope will recover soon".
