She revealed the Ministry’s announcement to approve the supporting dose for all categories of adults aged 18 years and over, for those vaccinated with the two basic doses of the “Pfizer Bionic” and “Sputnik” vaccine, six months after the second dose, in addition to the booster doses for those who received the Sinopharma vaccine, which was announced about it in advance.

She stated that national efforts in all governmental, local and private sectors are continuing to provide a healthy and protective environment for members of society, as the authorities work through specialized teams and qualified human cadres to ensure the provision of health stability for all segments of society, including citizens, residents and visitors of the state.

Al Hosani said: “These efforts come as a continuation of the series of preparedness and proactive efforts that we have witnessed since the beginning of the pandemic fight, as all national and local sectors have proven their role in proactively activating procedures and strategies in record time and in various fields in terms of early response, monitoring, treatment, follow-up, clinical research and scientific development, from Supporting scientific studies and research in the field of drug and preventive innovation.
